modifier le proprietaire du fichier “C:\Windows\System32\termsrv.dll” par "administrateur"

takeown /F C:\Windows\System32\termsrv.dll /A

On attribut au groupe d’administrateurs local le “Contrôle total” sur le fichier “termsrv.dll” :

takeown /F C:\Windows\System32\termsrv.dll /A

Ouvrez le fichier “C:\Windows\System32\termsrv.dll” avec un éditeur hexadécimal.
Selon la version de Windows 10 installée sur l’ordinateur, vous pourrez avoir à trouver la ligne suivante :

in Windows 11 24H2 replace 
8B 81 38 06 00 00 39 81 3C 06 00 00 75 ou
39 81 3C 06 00 00 0F 84 75 7A 01 00   ou
39 81 3C 06 00 00 0F 84 4F 68 01 00 
remplacer par

sinon sous Window 10 trouver :

et la remplacer par :

deuxiem methode 
Étape 1. Téléchargez le script complet sur votre ordinateur.

Étape 2. Lancez PowerShell et exécutez la commande suivante pour modifier les paramètres de stratégie d'exécution PowerShell uniquement pour la session en cours.

Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force
Étape 3. Exécutez le script avec la commande suivante :

C:\ .\termsrv_script.ps1
